Not everyone is coachable, and some believe they are better off without a coach. We firmly believe in the coaching model and only want Clients driven to achieve their definition of success and recognize the value, perspective, and insight they can gain from a coach.

How much does Executive Coaching cost?
The price of Executive Coaching varies based on the Coach, the help needed, and the time commitment necessary for achieving the outcomes a client wants. Most experienced coaches will cost more since the demand for their time and expertise is high.

What is the time commitment for the Executive Coaching Program?
The initial commitment is a 6-month program with semi-monthly sessions. Each 1:1 session is usually 60-90 minutes. It takes time to fully understand you and your situation and the essence of what you want to accomplish. We work carefully with you to set a plan in place and work through the plan. How does the coaching process go?
Coaching sessions are a solutions-oriented experience where you work with your Coach to create goals and build skills to achieve desired outcomes. The typical coaching session focuses on identifying goals and objectives, exploring possible options and possibilities, agreeing on actions to be taken, and then taking action, reviewing, and learning from the experience. What do the sessions feel like?
Sessions feel like fireside chats—like speaking to a friend and mentor who gives you amazing business advice. It is a safe space where you can share everything you think is important and where you and your Coach work together through the problems you are facing. Coaching is successful if, after each session, you can confidently say: you were heard, the next steps are clear, progress is being made against the goals you’ve set out for yourself, and you are feeling confident and empowered.

Will my company pay for Executive Coaching?
That depends; some companies do, and some companies don't pay for executive coaching. It comes down to the leadership and development programs in your company. What are your available hours?
We are very flexible! Our coaching hours are from 7:00 am-8:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. We can certainly find a time in our schedule for you.
